Sub-processors

Draft for product review — must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch (BUILD_PLAN Phase 19).

Averta uses these sub-processors to provide the service. Integrations marked “when connected” only receive data after an organisation connects them.

• Amazon Web Services (EU, Frankfurt): hosting, database, file storage, email delivery and key management.
• Stripe (EU/US): payments, payouts and seller identity checks.
• Anthropic (US): AI planning, Copilot and creative tools, when used. Prompts are not used to train models.
• ElevenLabs (US/EU): AI voiceovers, when used.
• Sentry (EU): error tracking, with personal data scrubbed.
• Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Microsoft, Slack, Canva: only when an organisation connects them.
